Advancing Quality of Life through Innovative Fitness Technology
This summer, we are proud to highlight the international internship of Anthony M. McCrovitz II, who has been working in Switzerland with the team at Sphery AG, a pioneering organization that merges interactive gaming and movement-based training to support health and well-being.
Anthony is collaborating with Helen, Lead Gaming Engineer and Designer at Sphery (pictured above with Anthony), to explore new ways of improving physical and emotional quality of life through immersive fitness experiences. Together, they are examining how the ExerCube—Sphery’s award-winning fitness game concept—can support wellness goals across various populations.
The partnership is aligned with the mission of the Quality of Life Institute, Inc., which promotes tools, strategies, and technologies that nurture bodily integrity, meaningful activity, and inner contentment. Anthony’s internship reflects our belief that well-being is not a luxury, but a right—supported by innovation, inclusion, and global collaboration.
