→ Self-assess and observe communication styles (use of tools & incorporation of elements) and be able to identify and contrast indicators present in calm vs. critical learning environments. Knowledge and skills in this area assist in navigating the heart through shifting dynamics and conditions to “a safe harbor,” a place within the space of the mentoring/therapeutic relationship where one can develop a sense of belonging and experience feeling safe and loved (reconnection and coherence).

→ Review how to plan for a crisis and be prepared to intercept with relationship-building dialogue that includes the effective use of “Our Tools”— hands, eyes, words, presence — for reconnecting with the Individual and moving, together, through ‘the storm,’ supported by elements of relationship-building and the critical support of knowledge and its applications for crisis situations.

→ Be introduced to skills for mentoring awareness for growth in self-regulation, communication, and the befriending of emotions.

Integrate business model principles to create effective and meaningful strategies.

Foster a culture of gentleness, accountability, and growth within organizations.

Develop comprehensive learning materials and policies aligned with Gentle Teaching.
