This collaboration will focus on advancing quality-of-life outcomes using the innovative ExerCube technology.
Who We Are Working With
Sphery AG, established in 2018, is a pioneering Swiss SportsTech firm creating adaptive, immersive exergaming solutions. Their flagship ExerCube brings together physical, cognitive, and mental training in a gamified, data-driven environment—designed for fitness, rehabilitation, and elite performance.
Their mission is bold: “to revolutionize training” through engaging, research-based platforms that improve flexibility, concentration, attention, and overall well-being.
Our Collaboration
Anthony McCrovitz, II will spend this summer integrating the Gentle Teaching relational and quality-of-life frameworks with the ExerCube’s embodied technology. Under the guidance of Stephan Niedecken, CFO and Co-Founder, and supported by the visionary leadership of Anna Martin-Niedecken, this project aims to:
- Adapt ExerCube experiences to enhance social-emotional well-being and relational presence
- Use quality-of-life assessments to measure improvements in belonging, self-worth, safety, and emotional regulation
- Co-design protocols demonstrating how Healing-Centered Relational Intervention can be supported through digital immersive movement systems
Why It Matters
This collaboration blends industry-leading SportsTech with evidence-based relational psychology, creating:
- Innovative models of quality-of-life focused wellness technologies
- Research-ready programs with the potential to earn federal Title IV-E recognition
- Scalable, measurable systems for holistic training that span mind, body, and heart
What’s Next
- Early rollout: Piloting partner programs for families or rehabilitation settings
- Data collection: Measuring interaction effects, emotional engagement, and psychosocial outcomes
- Scaling forward: Laying groundwork for a Train-the-Trainer model and integrative dissemination through Sphery’s network
Stay tuned for more updates this summer—our work together could fundamentally reshape companionship-based health and human performance.
